| As a JobSourceOne.com Sales Consultant, you will introduce new clients to our product and manage and grow the relationship.
You will establish sales appointments, create proposals based on your client needs and close the sale. You will also support established clients by servicing their recruitment and training needs. Job Requirements:
Previous sales experience preferred
Superior time management skills
excellent communication skills
ability to work independently
outgoing - can easily start/carry a conversation with anyone
Internet literate
Entrepreneurial traits such as confidence, and inquisitive nature, resiliency, tenacity, high energy, self-reliance, independent thinking, a sense of urgency, persistence, drive, determination and professionalism
This is a VERY WELL PAYING Straight Commission Position.
Commission sales are very competitive along with quarterly sales incentives multiplying your commission rate.
